Introducing the Find That Quality Tenant Landlord Education Course

Find That Quality Tenant Landlord Education Kit

The Find that Quality Tenant course expands and compliments the information contained in the book "Find that Quality Tenant".
  • How to Find That Quality Tenant Paperback Edition

    • This 320 page book is the core of the tenant selection system. “How to Find That Quality Tenant” is the only book that delivers a how to, step-by-step system for finding, evaluating, and selecting quality tenants. I’m very proud of this book. If you already own a copy of "How to Find That Quality Tenant" you can order the course without the book and save $20.

  • Companion Workbook

    • This 150 page workbook is designed to serve two purposes. The first is to complement the original book by going into more depth on many issues covered in the book such as:

      • Tenant Qualifications,
      • The Interviewing Process,
      • Credit
      • Safety
      • And More!

The workbook's second purpose is to help you analyze your personal strengths, weaknesses, goals and ideals as they apply to the tenant selection process. In addition you will better understand the tenant mentality and mindset and how it differs from a landlord's or investors mentality and mindset. It accomplishes this through useful information, self examining questions, and interactive exercises.

  • Five CD Audio Set

    • Since I know how difficult it is finding time in your day to read, I decided to include some valuable information on CDs so that you may listen at home, at work, or in your car. This is not an audio reproduction of the book or workbook, but rather a complementary supplement to both. The CDs highlight, in greater depth, some of the important information previously covered in printed form. In addition, the audios also dicusses useful topics that are not found in the book or the workbook. A couple tracks are entitled: “Tenants: Who needs them?”, \ “Noah had pets, should you?” and “Here Comes da Judge”.

  • Two CD Bonus Set

    • Speaking to different investors about the topic of tenant selection I have noticed that many have trouble with the interviewing process. These two CDs are dedicated to breaking down, analyzing, and handling objectives often encountered during the interviewing and “eliminate and investigate” processes. Topics such as credit, dangerous dogs, Fair Housing, income, and pets, are covered in this CD set.

  • The Forms CD

    • I provide this CD totally for your convenience. I realize sometimes that Internet or website connections breakdown just when you need to retrieve important information, such as a form, and I wanted to make sure everything for the tenant selection process is always available at your fingertips. Also, even though I offer many of the forms on my website, I do not update these with great regularity so, any form on the CD itself is the latest versions of that form. Newly developed forms that are not on the website or in the book are also included on the CD.

  • Plus, as an added bonus, I'm including two special reports covering the topic of Fair Housing.

    • These reports were not written by me, but by government authorities, and are available off of their websites. However, with their permission, I took the information and tried to put it into a more usable and easy-to-read format, to better educate you on the important, but often misunderstood, subject of Fair Housing. I do not sell these reports; but I do include them with the study course.

Tip of the Month
August 2008

Discrimination is a serious issue. As you are looking for quality tenants, it is important to keep away from issues protected by the Fair Housing Laws. Under the Fair Housing Act it is illegal to refuse to rent to someone based on their race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disabilities. Absolutely stay away from these issues when searching for tenants. I can tell you for a fact, none of these issues are determining factors on your tenant being a "good tenant" or a "bad tenant".
