About Find That Quality Tenant Author Don ConradI was born and raised in Northwest Indiana, where I reside today with my wife and two young children. I graduated from high school in 1980 and worked a myriad of jobs including restaurant management, laborer, home construction, teaching karate and bartending. It was 1994 when I went out on a limb and bought my first four unit apartment complex. I quit my full time job in 2000 and have been buying, fixing up and renting out homes ever since. I’ve been very successful at finding quality tenants to place in those homes, and decided to share my simple system in the tenant selection process so you too can reap the rewards of renting to quality tenants. My mission statement to you is this: I wish to provide top quality products and information that is useful to the new, part time, or full time landlord in regards to improving the tenant selection process.
