Landlords and future landlords.
Save yourself the trouble of learning about the tenant selection process through the "school of hard knocks". Instead, let Don Conrad, author of "How to Find That Quality Tenant", personally instruct you on developing or improving your process for finding, evaluating, and selecting quality tenants.
Talk one-on-one with Don himself and get instant feedback on your current system for finding tenants for your rental property. Even with as little as one hour of personal coaching, Don can provide the necessary insight to selecting quality tenants, thus potentially saving you thousands of dollars in undue stress caused by inferior tenants.
The ability to place good tenants in your rentals can mean the difference between success or failure in this buisiness.
"Conference time is limited as Don only devotes 10 hours per week to private coaching".

Tip of the Month
August 2008 |
Discrimination is a serious issue. As you are looking for quality tenants, it is important to keep away from issues protected by the Fair Housing Laws. Under the Fair Housing Act it is illegal to refuse to rent to someone based on their race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disabilities. Absolutely stay away from these issues when searching for tenants. I can tell you for a fact, none of these issues are determining factors on your tenant being a "good tenant" or a "bad tenant".
